Game 1 between the Orlando Magic (Blue)  and the Memphis Grizzlies: Grizzlies won 73-71 (2 OT)

Players who made an impression:
Aaron Gordon (Magic, Forward): He had another monster performance. He even showed his much improved outside shooting with three triples. Gordon has definitely impressed and has SUPERSTAR written all over him. He had 22 points, 7 boards, 4 dimes, 1 steal and 3 blocks

Russ Smith (Grizzlies, Guard): Russdiculous was ridiculously good. He not only talked the talked especially against Peyton Siva but more importantly, he walked the walk against the whole Orlando
team. He had 20 points, 3 boards, 2 dimes and 3 steals. By the way, he also hit game winning teardrop floater during the second overtime.

T. Crocker (Grizzlies, Guard): He complemented Russdiculous pretty well. He just found ways to contribute. He had 12 points, 3 boards, 3 dimes and 1 steal

Game 2 between the Brooklyn Nets and the Charlotte Hornets: Hornets won 64-55

Players who made an impression:
Troy Daniels (Hornets, Guard): Everyone knew that he could shoot the rock. Yet, to see a guard record 14 boards, he made everyone notice how committed he was. He ended with 16 points, 14 boards and 2 assists.

Aaron Harrison (Hornets, Guard): He once again played with a chip on his shoulder. I liked his confidence out there. I think going undrafted has motivated him to prove people wrong and to show
them that he deserves a shot in the league. He had another solid all-around outing with 11 points, 6
boards, 4 dimes and 3 blocks

Markel Brown (Nets, Guard): I had been waiting for him to have a good game and he finally did. Very athletic and has the potential to be a solid contributor if he continues to develop. He had 12 points, 5 boards and 1 assist.

Game 3 between the OKC Thunder and the LA Clippers: Clippers won 80-63

Players who made an impression:
Dakari Johnson (Thunder, 2015 draft 48th overall pick): Another Kentucky guy  who played well. He was just effective with his hustle and energy out there. He could turn out to be a decent role player. He had 10 points, 10 boards, 1 assist and 1 block.

CJ Wilcox (Clippers, Guard): He finally had his breakout game with 22 points, 3 boards, 2 dimes and 1 block. He showed that if given a chance then he could really light it up. For Wilcox, he just has to
be more consistent though.

Branden Dawson (Clippers, 2015 draft 56th overall pick): Clippers may not have had a good offseason as they lost out on DJ but they did get a steal with Branden Dawson. He was impressive once again with another double double performance. He utilized his athleticism to be effective throughout the game. He had 14 points, 11 boards, 1 assist, 4 steals and 1 block.

Nate Wolters (Clippers, Guard): Another guy who continued to impress with his play. He could turn out to be a very decent back- up point guard if he could get into the right system. Solid numbers by Wolters as he had 12 points, 1 board, 5 dimes, 2 steals and 3 blocks.
